Absolutely. You can change your plan from the Billing section in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to premium features until then.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Invoices are generated automatically and can be downloaded from your billing dashboard.

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of your first payment, and we'll issue a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No questions asked for annual plan cancellations within the first 60 days.

You own 100% of the code, designs, and data you create on our platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your work. Your projects remain yours, and you can use them for any purpose, including commercial products. Our terms of service explicitly state that we only license the platform tools, not your output.

Yes, absolutely. You can export your entire project at any time with a single click – no lock-in, no hidden fees. Go to Project Settings > Export, and download your code as a ZIP file containing all source files (HTML, CSS, JS, assets) in a standard format. You can also export your data as JSON, CSV, or via our REST API. This feature is available on all plans, including the free tier.

If you cancel your account, you have 30 days to export all your projects and data. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting your projects before canceling. You can also request an immediate deletion by contacting support. We do not retain backups beyond the deletion window.

First, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. Check that you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge – latest versions). If the issue persists, open your browser's developer console (F12) and look for error messages. Common fixes include checking your internet connection, disabling ad blockers, and ensuring your custom code doesn't have syntax errors.

This usually indicates a server-side issue. Start by checking your app's logs in the 'Deployments' tab – look for stack traces or error messages. Common causes include missing environment variables, database connection failures, or exceeding resource limits. Try redeploying after a few minutes. If the error persists, contact support with your deployment ID and timestamp.

On the login page, click 'Forgot Password?' and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link within 5 minutes (check your spam folder if not received). Click the link, enter a new password (minimum 8 characters, with at least one number and one special character), and confirm. Your password is updated immediately.
