1. Service Description

Zeus Platform ("Zeus," "we," "us," or "our") provides a cloud-based software development and deployment platform that enables users to write, test, and deploy code in a collaborative environment. Our service includes code editors, version control, CI/CD pipelines, hosting infrastructure, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is accessed via our web application at zeus1.app and associated domains.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Service to store, transmit, or execute malicious code, malware, or any content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or Zeus's systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in phishing activities.
• Violate any export control laws or sanctions programs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account. Accounts are non-transferable without our prior written consent.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to paid features and any associated data may be deleted after 30 days. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from cancellation.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEUS PLATFORM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and, where appropriate, via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
